These Terms govern your access to and use of the private Telegram channel and community operated by Marko ("we", "us", the "Channel"). By subscribing and completing payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to everything on this page.
You must be at least 18 years old to subscribe. By joining, you confirm you meet this requirement and that the information you provide at signup is accurate.
Your subscription gives you personal, non-transferable access to the private channel for the period you paid for. That includes posts, notes, breakdowns, and any material shared inside the community during that period.
You are paying for access, not for a specific outcome, a specific volume of posts, a specific posting schedule, or a personal result. Content, format, and frequency may change at any time.
All payments are final and non-refundable.
Once access is granted, no refunds, partial refunds, credits, or chargebacks will be issued — for any reason. This includes if you decide the content is not what you expected, you don't like the channel, you stop reading it, you change your mind, you forget to cancel, or you lose interest.
You are buying access to digital content that is delivered immediately. Because that access cannot be returned, you expressly waive any right of withdrawal or cancellation refund where such a waiver is permitted by law.
Initiating a fraudulent chargeback or payment dispute will result in immediate and permanent removal from the community with no refund, and we reserve the right to contest the dispute with the payment processor.
If your plan renews automatically, it will keep renewing until you cancel. You can cancel at any time and you will keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. Cancelling does not refund the current or any previous period.
It is your responsibility to cancel before the next billing date if you do not want to be charged again.
Everything inside the channel is protected intellectual property. You may read it, use it for yourself, and apply it to your own life. You may not:

The channel operates on Telegram, a third-party platform we do not control. We are not responsible for outages, technical failures, account restrictions, or any interruption caused by Telegram or by your own device or connection. Temporary interruptions do not entitle you to a refund.
These Terms may be updated at any time. The current version always lives at this URL, and continued access after an update means you accept the updated version.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for breach of these Terms. You may leave at any time. In both cases, section 3 applies: no refunds.
